Aidan University is a Christ-centered institution of higher education with a rich legacy of equipping men and women to fulfill their God-given calling through biblical education, spiritual formation, and leadership development.

Through its degree programs, Aidan University has prepared individuals for meaningful service in pastoral ministry, church leadership, Christian education, faith-based organizations, missions, and other spheres of Kingdom influence.

Our commitment extends beyond just academic achievement. We seek to develop spiritually mature, intellectually equipped, and ethically grounded leaders who faithfully represent Jesus Christ, strengthen communities, and advance the Kingdom of God throughout the world.

Aidan University’s commitment to Christian higher education is grounded in the belief that every individual possesses a God-given purpose and that education should equip that individual to fulfill it with excellence, integrity, and spiritual maturity.

Our educational philosophy recognizes the essential relationship between knowing biblical truth, becoming Christlike in character, and demonstrating faithful service through practical action.

Accreditation and Institutional Accountability

Aidan University does not hold accreditation from an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education and does not seek such accreditation.

This intentional decision reflects our distinctive Christian mission and commitment to accessible, biblically grounded education.

Aidan University is a member of the International Association of Bible Colleges and Seminaries (IABCS), an independent, faith-based association dedicated to promoting academic integrity, institutional accountability, and educational excellence among Christian colleges, universities, and seminaries worldwide.

IABCS is not recognized by the United States Department of Education as an institutional accrediting agency.

State Recognition and Degree Authorization

Aidan University operates under the religious-institution provisions administered by the Florida Department of Education's Commission for Independent Education, pursuant to Section 1005.06(1)(f), Florida Statutes.

Under this framework, Aidan University offers religious degree programs at the Associate, Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral levels. These degrees are designed exclusively for religious purposes, preparing graduates for Christian ministry, leadership, service, and related religious vocations.

This religious exemption does not constitute government-recognized institutional accreditation.

Degree Recognition and Transferability

Aidan University's academic programs and degrees are developed to serve the educational and formational needs of the global Christian community. Our degrees are intended primarily for ecclesiastical, ministerial, and religious vocational purposes rather than for occupations requiring government-recognized professional licensure.

Aidan University graduates have successfully gained admission to academic programs at other institutions of higher education, and coursework completed at Aidan has been accepted for transfer credit by other colleges and universities. 

However, admission to another institution, acceptance of transfer credits, and recognition of academic degrees are determined independently by each receiving institution. Aidan University cannot guarantee that its credits or degrees will be accepted by another college, university, employer, professional licensing agency, or governmental authority.

Students considering further education or professional licensure should verify applicable requirements before enrollment.

Aidan University students are not eligible for federal Title IV student financial aid based on their enrollment at Aidan.
